A message from me, Danial.
Team, Friends, and Partners:
A few weeks ago, someone asked me: “Danial, what’s the meaning of life? What’s the point of all this?” My answer hasn’t changed. There’s no real difference between us, an apple seed, or an atom drifting through space. We all have the same job: become the best version of whatever we were meant to be. An apple seed doesn’t waste time wishing it were a dolphin. It just grows into the strongest, most generous tree it can: roots deep, branches wide, fruit everywhere, oxygen for the world, shelter for birds. That’s its purpose. Ours is the same: max out our own potential. There is no final destination, and it doesn’t matter nearly as much as the climb.
As 2025 comes to a close, I keep thinking about what we accomplished together. We didn’t just talk about leading in sustainable building materials; we took steps to do it. Turning visions into reality is still one of the hardest things, and we managed to make progress on it.
Partnering with Gensler—the world’s top architecture firm—has helped a lot. eFacade PRO+ with HC backing is now a common choice for energy-generating facades that combine our BIPV technology with their designs.
We’re powering net-zero landmarks in healthcare, educational, airports, and rental buildings, whether new construction or retrofits, in places like Toronto, Winnipeg, Edmonton, Calgary, New Jersey, Denver, and others. Over 35 projects are completed or in the pipeline, with deliveries into 2026: Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Boston, Miami, and more cities that will use our technology to reach carbon-zero. The SunRise is complete, SAMIH is underway, retrofits are progressing, and our LinkedIn Live tours continue to connect the industry and show what’s possible.
One highlight was the SunRise Residential project in Edmonton, which earned a Guinness World Record for the largest BIPV solar panel mural—a 34,500 square foot energy-generating artwork that blends culture, aesthetics, and sustainability on a 12-story building. On the philanthropic side, our volunteers contributed in Nicaragua, helping lay the foundation for a school that will give kids a safe space to learn, dream, and grow—showing our commitment extends beyond business. These efforts covered our key areas, from residential high-rises and multifamily retrofits to educational institutions like universities, commercial towers, and industrial projects. It reflects our strategy: turning buildings into energy-positive assets, and we’ll continue focusing on these in 2026.
MithraGPT has become a reliable tool for our clients, sample boxes and architectural kits are in use, and next year we’ll add more live events and an upgraded AI experience.
To our Cladify installation crews: you’ve done solid work. From our first downtown Toronto prefab high-rise to the mega-fins at Western University, Prince Arthur, and every complex project in between—your precision and attention to deadlines have made a difference.
Looking to 2026, we have new partnerships and an expanding A&D team, new markets, new certifications, more specifications for North America and the Middle East, clean BIM objects, streamlined details for RS and prefab walls, R&D partnerships, and a new on-site adjustable line with simplified wiring (LITE+), plus an LED integrated series—all planned for next year.
None of this happens without each of you. From the factory floor to the job site, from the lab to client presentations—your talent, grit, and passion drive what we achieve. And to our network of current and potential partners: we’re grateful for your collaboration and trust. You’ve supported our growth, working with us to build a more sustainable world. Whether you’re already involved or considering it, your vision and support contribute to our progress—here’s to stronger alliances ahead.
I’m proud of what we did in 2025 and looking forward to 2026. Thank you for your efforts every day to move the industry—and the planet—toward a greener future.
Wishing you and your families a good holiday season and a happy, healthy New Year. See you in 2026, ready to keep going. With respect and gratitude—and a reminder that we’re all just seeds with the power to grow into something extraordinary,

Success depends on more than just innovative design—it depends on how well that design is executed. At Mitrex, we understand that great performance begins with great documentation. That’s why every product Mitrex manufactures is supported by a robust library of technical resources.
