Company Description:
We are global leaders in sustainable building envelope solutions. We specialize in manufacturing, developing, and integrating renewable energy technologies, modern architectural products, and high-performing wall systems to create sustainable and energy-efficient buildings. Our commitment to environmental responsibility and cutting-edge technology drives us to revolutionize the construction industry. Join us in our mission to provide aesthetically pleasing, durable, and energy-efficient products and solutions that transform the way we build.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an Operations Automation Specialist (AI Specialist) to design, build, and maintain the automated systems that run our business. You will work across Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, and Zapier to eliminate manual work, accelerate response times, and make our internal processes run without human intervention.
The scope covers the full operations stack: outbound prospecting, inbound lead handling, Salesforce data management, sample and quote request workflows, internal approval flows, and forecasting pipelines. If a human is doing something repetitive today, you will find a way to automate it.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound & Prospecting Automation
· Design and operate AI-driven prospecting pipelines that identify, enrich, score, and engage ICP-fit accounts with minimal human input
· Use AI to generate personalized outreach copy, research summaries, and account context at scale
· Build enrichment workflows that combine multiple data sources into clean, research-rich prospect records pushed directly into the CRM and outreach platforms
· Run autonomous sequences and A/B tests, with engagement data flowing back into the CRM for continuous learning
Inbound Lead Response Automation
· Build AI workflows that read, classify, and respond to inbound leads within minutes — no manual triage
· Route leads to the correct rep, territory, or queue automatically based on company size, industry, intent, and source
· Enrich inbound records with AI-generated research before they ever reach a human, so reps receive fully briefed leads rather than raw form fills
· Trigger intelligent follow-up sequences when leads go cold, respond to specific signals, or take high-intent actions
Internal Operations & Request Workflows
· Automate sample request processing end-to-end: capture, inventory check, approval routing, and fulfillment notifications
· Build quote and estimation workflows that pull account data, apply pricing logic, and generate AI-assisted drafts for rep review
· Surface the right information to the right person at the right moment through automated internal notifications — deal stage changes, overdue tasks, approval requests
· Automate recurring reporting so weekly pipeline summaries, activity logs, and ops metrics compile and distribute themselves
Forecasting, Reporting & Pipeline Visibility
· Build dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health, stage conversion, and forecast accuracy
· Set up automated forecast reminders and data validation checks so pipeline data stays current without manager follow-up
· Connect pipeline data to estimation and capacity planning so delivery timelines are informed by live signals
CRM Administration & Automation
· Own the CRM as the system of record — configure fields, objects, validation rules, layouts, and permissions
· Build and maintain automated flows for data entry, field updates, task creation, and record routing
· Eliminate manual data entry by populating records from enrichment tools, web forms, email replies, and API triggers
· Design lead scoring, lifecycle transitions, and assignment rules so records always reach the right owner at the right time
· Maintain data hygiene: deduplication, normalization, and decay prevention
Digital marketing support as needed.
Qualifications:
· 2–5 years in ops, sales ops, or automation; able to build flows, configure systems, and manage data without developer support
· Hands-on experience embedding AI (Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent) into production workflows to generate, classify, or transform content
· Proven experience building multi-step, conditional workflows that connect four or more tools in a live environment — including enrichment, scoring, and sequence triggers
· Working knowledge of CRM, sales engagement, and enrichment platforms (Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, Zapier, or equivalents)
· Process-first mindset: you map workflows before you build them and document what you create
· Strong communicator who can explain automations to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have:
· Salesforce certification
· Background in a sales, SDR, or customer-facing ops role — you've lived the manual processes you'll be automating
· Graphic and web design experience (Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Figma)
· Digital marketing tools experience (Brevo, GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
Benefits:
· Performance bonus tied to operational efficiency and pipeline metrics
· Extended health, dental, and vision coverage
· Annual learning & development opportunities

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Business Development & Architectural Representative to own the technical and specification side of our BD function. You’ll be the face of Mitrex & Cladify with architects, designers, and specifiers — leading Lunch & Learn sessions, responding to RFI/RFQ packages, and building relationships that move our solar cladding products into specifications. An architectural or construction background is strongly preferred. This is a client-facing, relationship-driven role that sits between technical expert and business developer.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Outreach
· Build and maintain relationships with architects, general contractors, building owners, engineers, building envelope consultants, and specification writers
· Conduct outreach to clients, maintain relationships, and convert to project opportunities
· Present Mitrex & Cladify’s solar cladding systems to construction and architectural audiences
· Guide specifiers through the product selection process and assist in getting Mitrex products written into project specifications
· Respond to or support responses to RFQ with accurate, well-prepared documentation
· Develop sufficient technical product knowledge to handle detailed conversations with architects and envelope consultants independently
Outbound Campaigns & Meeting Generation
· Own outbound prospecting campaigns using Apollo, Clay, Zapier, or equivalent platforms — building target lists, writing sequences, and booking meetings for the sales team
· Manage and optimize email outreach sequences, A/B testing subject lines, messaging, and calls to action to improve open and reply rates
· Research and segment prospecting lists by audience type (architects, developers, building owners, contractors) to maximize campaign relevance
· Track outbound campaign performance and report on meeting-booked metrics weekly
Documentation Support
· Prepare and maintain presentation decks, product binders, technical data sheets, and leave-behind materials for design audiences
· Support the BD team in preparing client-facing proposals and specification packages
CRM, Reporting & Pipeline
· Maintain CRM (Salesforce) data quality — leads, contacts, opportunities, and meeting notes kept current after every interaction
· Monitor and update ConstructConnect and other project intelligence sources weekly for specification-stage opportunities
· Track BD KPIs related to architectural outreach, L&L attendance, and specification conversions; flag anomalies to management
· Use AI tools where available to streamline reporting, research, and outreach workflows
Client Meeting & Event Support
· Attend client and prospect meetings alongside the sales team, contributing technical context and follow-up documentation
· Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and architectural association functions as needed
Qualifications
· Background in architecture, architectural technology, interior design, or building products / construction - strongly preferred
· 2+ years of experience in a client-facing, BD, or technical sales support role
· Confident presenter with experience speaking to design professionals or technical audiences
· Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an asset)
· Experience preparing or responding to RFI/RFQ and specification documents
· Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to produce professional client-facing materials
· High attention to detail with a zero-error standard for client-facing documents
· Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflows and output quality
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments
· Post-secondary education in architecture, architectural technology, business, or a related field preferred
Benefits:
· Competitive salary and bonus structure
· Generous paid time off and holidays
· Professional development opportunities
· Collaborative and supportive work environment
