When buying Mitrex solar products through the supply-only option, Mitrex provides the solar products, including panel to panel wiring connections, junction box and installation manual. While Mitrex only supplies the solar products, many of the solar products follow conventional installation methods enabling all certified installers to install them anywhere. This purchase option ensures a high return on investment and a short payback period.

Mitrex Power Agreement - MPA
SOLAR AS A SERVICE
When buying Mitrex solar products through the Mitrex Power Agreement, Mitrex lowers the up-front material costs drastically. The MPA allows Mitrex to price its solar products below market value while providing full turnkey services throughout the entire 30-year contract. In addition, at a $0 investment, Mitrex sells the energy to the building, and the building owner receives money back for every kWh generated by Mitrex solar technology over the course of the energy contract. The products may be eligible for tax credits and government incentives when a consumer integrates solar technology.

Purchase Option
Direct Purchase Agreement - DPA
When buying Mitrex solar products through the Direct Purchase Agreement, you will fully own the products and all the electricity they generate. Under this business model, Mitrex will provide full turnkey services, and Mitrex will price the cost of the solar technology products at market price, which will result in a more considerable initial investment for the consumers. However, full ownership will guarantee a greater return on investment and a short payback period due to the passive energy generation. The products may be eligible for tax credits and government incentives when consumers integrate solar technology.
